not to sound a bit skeptical, but i have a smog license in california and do smogs on cars in the shop i work in, even though smogs aren't the only thing i do.... but.... theres no way to really fool the 5 gas analyzer once you are to the point you're burning oil.... we've seen all the tricks and none of them work.... when it comes to everything else theres plenty of tricks, but burning oil, nope... theres two things you can do, find a smog guy that will hook up to the "wrong" car on "accident" which will be a major risk for VERY expensive fines..... or pop your engine out freshen it up and put her back together...... and i do not condone the first one(well at least thats what the state tells me to say )
