    Question Q-jets jets and rods?

It's a 78 Olds 403 California carb "17058553 0338 BBN". My question is would this combo be good calibration for my current BBC 402? Or should I look into changing the jets/rods? My current engine is approx 9.5:1 CR, #292 heads 2.065/1.72 lift 515 216/216/.050 cam, edelbrock performer intake. Does the existing calibration sound about right? what would be a good jeting and rod combo?
i have the Ruggles book and the doug roe book they have a lot off good info but just wont to know what u guys are running.

    Primary jets - 74
    Primary metering rods - 52M
    Secondary metering rods - CV
    Secondary Hanger - K

i went from a 69 to a 74 in my quadrajet and left the metering rod the same, helped the low end lean spot but highway gas milege has gone south some.
Ive gotten a 500 cadillac in a t bucket with 3,55 rear gears . im lucky that i get any gas milege at all
