Is it possible to put an Eddlebrock intake and 4 barrel on a pontiac 316, or is that not such a good idea? Anyone done this? I think it has a 2 barrel on it. It's the stock 316 pontiac motor.

hello Bruce. I'm not a Pontiac guy, but I believe the Pontiac V8's were all the same physical size right on up through the 455's. If that is true, then it should be a bolt-on. There may be others on this board who are more familiar with the Pontiac motors.

As far as whether or not it is a good idea, that will have to be your determination. Personally, I think it would be a fine idea. You could add a little "eyeball" to your motor and improve the power slightly.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.

"eyeball" means that whatever you're looking at has eye appeal. It is pleasing to your eye, thus having "eyeball". Originally Posted by bruce bruce Originally Posted by bruce brucePLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.
