You'll need somewhere between 10.0:1 and 11.5:1 compression ratio to use that cam effectively. I strongly urge you to know the exact c.r. you're running before installing that cam. Contrary to what others say about the converter, the cam will make power from 3,000 to 6,800 and I think you'll need a little more converter. You are being lead to believe it's a mild cam and that's not true. It is a very strong mid-range cam with little or no bottom end and I think you'll need a 3,000 stall at a minimum.
