    What needs changed?

I have a 90' Dodge D150 2 wheel short box with a 318. I also have a slightly warmed up 360(towing cam bored .030 over). What would I have to change to the fuel injection if I were to put the 360 in the truck? And use the stock fuel injection.

check out the spec's on the intake and see if they are the same, i think that they are and make sure that all the sensors can bolt and screw into the right places and you should have a simple swap for your self
