    200 I6 help

I need to tune the carb on my 200 I6 in my falcon, I think. It floods up super easy and sometimes will skip and pop and only run with the pedal to the floor, I'd guess this is carb related because it only happens when the engine is even slightly flooded. The carb is a Holley 1bbl ( a reman of the stock 1 used on the car, wasn't installed by me, but says reman on the side ), I can only find 1 ajuster screw but turning it in and out with the engine running does nothing, what is the procedure to tune it? also, the car smokes badly, I suspect that the valve seats are bad, and I'v heard to pour tranny fluid down the carb and the valves will re seat because of the fluid slowly burning on the seat, is this a good thing to try? Thanks in advance

Also, would my 200 have a motocraft distributor, I'm getting ready to buy a pertonix ignitor kit but I don't see a deffinete listing in summit, it just says " most ford 6cyl with motocraft distributor 1966-1974 " where as my dearborn classics says 1966-1967 Ford 200 I6, I know Motocraft is OEM Ford just wondering because the summit sells for 74.00 and dearborn want's 79.00, just wondering if I can get away a little cheaper.
