IMO the Holley style carbs are just superior. A Street Avenger carb 570 cfm or 670 cfm will more than likely run really well with the engine set-up above.
A more precise carb yet IMO would be a Barry Grant Road Demon 525 cfm or 625 cfm. This is very similar to the Street Avenger but uses billet metering blocks instead of the porous cast b locks that Holley uses.
