I have a stock 1979 chevy blazer with a 250 intergrated head. Will a non-intergrated head bolt on with out a major refab?

My plan is to swap heads and then go with a Clifford manifold with TBI. Yes I plan on all the other changes like exaust, air filter ECT.

Last question, for now, 250 I6 or 292 I6.
