Carter Carburetor
I was orginally looking for a Rochester 2 bbl (2G,2GC,2GV) and came across these Carter replacements. Do you think this is a good deal? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT
I'm going to replace my Rochester 1 bbl on my 194/230 Chevy 6.

That's a steal at 40 bucks, brand new, get it but you need to get a manifold that will match, manifold adapters may be available though. You don't know what you've got til it's gone

Yeah, I thought it was a good deal also. I already ordered one, and yes they do make adapters so I can use the stock manifold.
