Could be cylinders out of round, could be bad valve guides, the right way to hone cylinders is with block plates installed on a powerstroke hone machine. To be honest, sounds like you just cut too many corners. Sorry if I hurt your feelings.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
