94-96 Caprice had the sequential fuel injection (lt1 style). previous models had TBI. Not all cop cars have the 9c1 option. I think 9c1 might just be suspension and HD cooling and stuff. A 93 model would be a 305 TBI or 350 TBI.78 malibu
