Over 4,000 and still counting $$$$$$$$.

Spent about $4,000 in the last two weeks on the old cleveland.
It's been alot of fun to, but now it's time to tell the wife.
So before I tell her, I figured that I would see who has a space on the couch for a old gear head and room in their garage for a really mean looking Boss Engine. HE! HE! HE! Hope she Laugh's!

I told her I was gonna be spending some money,so she already kinda knows. I only went about $200 over what I told her.
Every thing has gone up since the last engine I built some years ago. The next Couple of weeks It's gonna be just like X-mas
with all the new stuff arriving. New Rods, Pistons, Rings, Bearings,
flywheel, gasgets,ARP total engine bolt kit, push rods Plus other little nick nacks. Then when I get every thing in, the rotating assembly goes back to the machine shop for balancing.

I feel for ya Vegas. I am into my motor swap to the tune of about $5500 so far and it is still sitting on the garage floor! But I sold my boat to finance it so there can't be too much complaining... Plus she quit working last year and I'm still slaving away so spending some of my money seems to be OK. So far at least

Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!
