    ?????? on 350 heads

Anybody have a picture or link showing the torquing pattern for re-installing your heads? #1 bolt, #2 bolt etc. TIA

That pattern should be in any Chiltons manual, but I am not aware of an Internet link.

OK, here is a scan of a page in the Chilton Corvette 1963-82 Repair Manual which I am using for a '76 Corvette 350, but I believe the pattern is the same for all the small blocks??

Well it seems the file is too large, give me a few minutes to reduce the size.

Well I have reduced the size of the file to 55kB, but I note that I am logged on at only 14.4 kBaud although I have a 50 kBaud modem; at night I can only get on at a lower rate. I suspect if I ever get this file submitted other folks will note how common this information is. I am only doing it because DennyW and BrianRupnow have sent some very useful computer images to me and I want to get better at submitting images, so here goes another try. Yeah! It loaded and this is from my Chiltons Corvette book for 1963-82 and is the 350 bolt pattern for the small block Chevy. The picture is still too big even though I reduced it to 200x200 dpi and cropped the edges. Maybe the main problem is the 14.4 kBaud rate on my modem, but anyway I am better at submitting pictures now, although DennyW sure can do fancy stuff. I suggest you should invest about $20 in a Chilton Repair manual.
