    CVR Starter hookups R-terminal wire

I just bought a CVR #5323 mini starter, My old starter had a terminal for R wire but this one does not and I am still running a points ignition. Any Ideas how to hook it up properly?

you need to pick up a 12 volt start only wire from some where. ign sw. or fuse block. and run it to the + post on the coil. it can only be hot when the starter is turning over. if you have a good ign. system you might not need it. in real cold weather you would.
