well i offered my neghbor 500.00 for the car its a 73 eldorado with a 500 and looks like i got it . rebult approx 12 years and 30,000 mile ago runs good doesnt move oil .
now as far as i know a olds 400 tranny will bolt right up to this ( i got 3 now)
as the car is a fwd and the engine is going into a t bucket style frame all i have to figure out is engine mounts nothing the welder cant buzz up . the cars a pretty nice unit to strip down , ill get a good buck for the hulk though. looks like it will weigh a couple tons.
anyone know what kind of stock hp this engine puts out, i would guess 300 or 350 with gobs of torque.
