Sounds like water from somewhere. Was this in the new oil or the old oil?
Is there any oil in the radiator?

like pro said its water, but is the oil milky looking or just the stick. some times condensation will collect in the valve covers and dip stick tube(from driving short trips) without any other problem.

If your real lucky, it will be what lt1s10 said, Me, i'm personally picking a blown head gasket. Either way look into it and track down the sorce where the leak is coming from. Simplest way take the cap off the radiator, start the engine, with it idling look inside and see if bubbles are coming up the filler pipe. if they are, you have a blown head gasket. It's a job that cant be put off for long because oil+water+heat will gradualy make some acid, and it's a bit rough on the bearings as well as the other more obvious problems.

Or worse case scenerial, you have a cracked block perhaps in the water jackets and getting some radiator fluid seeping in. That was the first thing that came to me. Just being the devils advicate. I hope it something less painful.
