    The day is near

I have finally set a date to go to the track. I jumped in with some other guys on a track rental. I have to make 5 passes for my license. Wednesday May 5th will be the maiden 1/4 mile voyage for the 60. The last competition license I held was 34 years ago for A/G. Back then I had to make a total of 6 passes, but they had to be done a week apart. This time I only have to make 5 and I can do them all in the same day. The track rental program only alows 26 cars all doing single passes, so that should be a nice easy day. Anyone want to venture a guess on ET and MPH? I should have video, although it won't be in-car.......yet.
