I am curious about the "complete spec fuel injection system that all competitors must use" and the NHRA controlled 10,500 RPM rev limiter as a component. Restrictor plate racing? Can an engine spec be far behind ala NASCAR? Seems like this will limit the innovators and creative engineers.
