2 of John Force's cars ran the whole Ford package last year. It started out great for them but by mid-season they lost the handle it seemed. I think Tasca made the jump also last year. I know he was running the top end the year before.

I just didn't / don't understand why that one class was singled out when a well respected and well known innovator for decades in that class spends 2 years of developing the package for reliability only to be told no, we've changed the spec's... with no explanation!

I wonder if the Austins hadn't been working on the Hemi Ford, would the other 2 guys in the story, have been allowed to continue? Sort of fly under the radar?

Whatever! I / We can't change it now. But I think it shows that NHRA is following NASCAR in the common car scheme.
