    Dave-the more classic look is a h-beam front axle with holes drilled threw it.

    On the Hot Rods, yes the H-beams were it. On most all the tri-five gasser's, the round tube straight axle was the thing to have!!! A lot of the Alterds ran the H-beams, too.
