A 100 car Cacklefest, yup, that be a big one! That would be quite an accomplishment just to pull it off.

Heck, I was even watching it today. Didn't see the Cacklefest yet but did get to see ol' Bucky Austin tear 'em up in a funny car round.

I envy your friend Vern being there, I was down there for the March Meet this year and what a great 4 days that was.

Larry, You may remember seeing my friend in the past, but didn't know it. He races in the Northwest and Canada, and used to drive the Reese's Peanutbutter Cups alchy funnycar, and also a red blown alchy dragster after that. In recent times he has been hired to drive a nostalgia funnycar with a '71 Mustang body called the "Canadian Rebel". He will soon be in some other interesting cars. :-)

Incidentally, my brother lives in the Spokane area, attends races, and recently crewed on an altered there, so I get pictures from him occasionally. (Looks too damp for a "desert rat" like me!)

Thanks for the tip about the live feed. I called one of my buddies that was there and asked him what he thought about one of the Top Fuel cars and he asked Are you here ? I had to laugh it was great to see the races even if I couldn`t make it down there. The still photos are also great of allthe cars in the pits. Brings back memories of my yute.
