    converting bb chev to supercharger

I have a 468 Chev BB pro built Comp. ratio 10.5 to 1...roller cam
and all goodies.....Would like to install a 671 gmc blower on this
engine, and realize that adjustments must be made..Could someone
tell me exactly what I would have to replace, and would it be worth
the cost VS buying another block and starting all over..............
    thanks R. Dobbs

Plan on lowering the compression to at least 8-1, your cam will need extra duration and lift on the exhaust side and no tight lobe seperation. Timing will need to go back 2-4 degrees and good rods are mandatory.

Nothing looks as bitchin as a blown BB!!

if the blower is loose and the cam has some over lap on a 108 or 110 you can run 10.5 if you run a msd boost master i have that much cr in the chevy with the 548 it works and other bbc i have done it works very good .you spin the small blowers hard to make up for lower cr and the big cid you just build heat
