Probally one of his roundy rounders Kurt, All of em have a test & tune session before the season gets under way. We're lucky around here as most tracks have a once a month test & tune,10 buck pit pass, get in line and run 10 lap sessions as many times as the 4 hours allows. Heck I have more fun doing that than actually racing. Last year we put a nationally recognized racing photographer in our sprinter a couple of times for his very first sprint car ride. (He's been shooting pictures of em for 30 years) He's now our newest best freind and ya outa see all the free pictures we get

Well, curiousity got the best of me so I called the track manager this morning....seems both the track and the infield are covered with that white stuff, and some 4' and 5' drifts....even if it all melted the infield would be a mud bog.... Weather forcast doesn't show temps getting above mid 40's till Friday.....

Now I'm depressed, think I'll go to the shop and work on the Plymouth or something.....

This is a very strange year weatherwise. Even down here we have been getting cold snap after cold snap. Supposedly one is coming this week again, and we are already at April 5th.

Hope you get out to the track Dave.

Nope, it's April!!!!!! I brushed the snow off the car and went out to the shop today, but I ain't gonna shovel, scoop, push, sweep, or snowblow no more of this white stuff!!!!!!! It's got to warm up enough to melt the dang stuff one of these days....and still no temps above 51 degrees in the forecast.....

Good attitude Dave! My position has always been .....God put it there and God will take it away! May not be right away, but HE will do it.
