    I think I may have seen the black Willys run at CDR a couple times....what's a "constriptor"?

    Yeah it ran at CDR, Cheyenne, Bandimeres at the old strip, Erie, and the track east of Denver that used to be near Wiggins. he was from Longmont I believe originally.

    Boy I love gassers. I bet not many people don't like them, they are just so cool. Nice to see these old ones being brought back. I posted a picture of this old gasser that was found abandoned and brought back to life. It was at a local show and was one of my favorite cars there.

    Several years ago, Johnny Lightning had a series of 1/64th scale Willys gassers. I was in Toys R Us and they had a complete set hanging there!! 'Course I bought them! I "THINK" that the "S&S" car was one of them...I'll have to dig them out and see. Nice cars...thanks for the pix! Those are the kinds of cars I remember running when dad took me to US 30 Dragstrip back in the late 60's early 70's, still love that look today!!!
