No---he gave an example of 4.5 seconds for the run-------in 4.5 seconds an engine turning 7200 rpm will turn 540 revolutions period.....the engine turns 120 revolutions per second , in 5.4 seconds it will turn 648 revolutions

This is strictly a revolutions per minute broken down into time in seconds--distance, gearratios, tire size, slippage, spinning has nothing to do with it
