connie kallita
I was just watching the race from this weekend, and they said connie kallita died tuesday, i cant find a story on the nhra page, does anybody know the scoop? It seems like were losing the legends fast these days.

Well i guess i was mistaken, thanks for the info denny, that explains why there was not more press, i know connie was not liked very much,but i figured there would be more press if he died.

ive met connie, his bark is worse then his bite, so in short, hes a nice guy

Connie is not exactly what I'd call a "people" person. I flagged him a couple of times many years ago and IMHO he was a pain in the %*&.Ken Thomas

he can be groughy, like WJ but all in all there just tough skinned , if id seen as much crap as they have id be like that to lol.
Good to have her home finally, still need to go back and give her another polish after messing with the engine stuff. Made it up to Idaho. Also a local show.
