    can it get better

I have been running the local grudge matches every wednesday and been tunning on my set-up for awhile now. my best time is a 11.91@ 111mph would like to get more out of it. My trans is a th400 would i lose less power thru a th350. and second of all it is a 400 with 950 carb on it IMO i think it is over tuned would a 750 carb be a better option i only run it to about 6500rpm

You wont loose any power switching to a TH350,But your ET11.91 and the wight of your car plays a factor on how long it will last.if your wanting to go mid 11'S or high 10's with a TH350 in a heavy car lets say 3000lbs or more put a good Drum and Element Sprag in it.As for your Carb if it's not broke don't fix it.if you have a 750 carb already that you no is good try it,if your cars running good and pulling all the way to the finish why mess with it.you didn't say if the car was running bad or not just gave ET.As for being over tuned I think your asking is it over Carbureted, need more engine info.probably the case is more like over Jeted/ jets to big or pump Nozzlels to large for your setup I hope that helps you out some.
