4 Link Set up
Gentlman;
I have spent the last 3 hours searching for the information that I am about to ask. A little back ground first. Obviously I am new to your forum. I have found it to be a very profesional site and the people are very eger to help and share their knowledge. I have picked up a 65 Mustang Fastback that is just a shell and has a rail chassis. From what I have read and the little knowledge that I have I know that I have aloooooooote of work ahead of me. To get to the question at hand. I have a narowed 9in. that measures 33 1/2in from flang to flang. To the center of the 3 in tubing it is 28in. When I order my rear clip for a 4-link would I order it at 28in wide on the frame rail. The rear end housing as it goes toward the center the housing gets larger. Just a little help would go along way.
Thanks so much for your time and patience.
Sam
