What I think you're saying is that you're going to order a bolt-in or weld-in rear frame clip that will incorporate the adjustable front mount brackets for a 4-link and that the manufacturer will locate the brackets laterally anywhere you want them.

If that's the case, why not contact the manufacturer and coordinate with him?
