where i live in wisconsin,,,,,there is no exhaust regulations or anything....the only restrictions around here are that you cant have the blower on your motor more than 3 inches above the hood.

* Even in Wisconsin new vehicles have to meet Federal Emission Standards.

i got a fully moded street legal 1990 mustang 5.0 25th year anniversary edition for now thats good enough for me....
