    Wheel Poll

     



    WHat wheels should I go with on a five window highboy ?
    Wires will be chrome spokes, rims and hub painted same color as interior, beauty rings, V8 hubcap.


    The salt flats will have the tri bar spinners.

    Rod,

    You gotta know answers will be all over the place. This is only my view.

    If the body is retro, I like the spokes or the Torque Thrust D's with the mag colored center.

    If you're going with a pretty slicked out body, I like the Torque Thrust Chromes.

    I don't care for the slots.

    Here's another option.

    Slot mags with re-pro 32 caps adapted.

    I also have a set of billet caps for these wheels, but prefer the stamped steel ones.

    I like steelies with baby moons, but painted body color and chromed beauty rings. Is it 1955 again yet or is that classic forever?

    well thankyou I thought about replaceing them once but then I remember what it took to clean them up and the price they want for new wheels with the tire size Im running 295/50's and I thougt they were the best dam wheel I ever saw too

    Not exactly what you asked for, but another option.

    The "not red" bit makes a big difference.

    I'll probably add a set of 50 Ford stainless beauty rings, but maybe not.
    Still thinking about it and no use scratching up the powder now.
