So, if I used convertible seats w/ seat belts for proper functioning, do I mount the seat to the frame. If the seatbelts are frame mounted, does the seat need also need to be frame mounted?
If I don't use convertible seats/belts then I need additional steel work, at about should height tied into the other steel work in order to use conventional seat belts?
