Leagally your '32 dosen't need any seatbelts of any kind unless you regester it as homebuilt instead of a '32, lap belts are sufficent but if you really want 3pt's, buy some junk yard 3 pt belts from a car, get black because it goes with any color. Seats and belts are always mounted into the body and never frame, the reason is that, the frame and body can fluxuate and move seperately even though they don't visably seem to. If you can get the seats out of the same car you got the belts from, you'r in good shape, just make shure the seat slider frame is bolted into the floor rather than molded in with the floor ( like most 1980's VW's ) for ease of installation.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
