Seats from late model convertibles have the 3 point connections built into the seat assembly. This avoids your need to anchor the shoulder strap to your fiberglass body, which would require some sort of additional steel framing (to properly perform). If you're going to the trouble of installing the 3 point belt setup, I'd certainly bolt the seats to the steel frame.
