    trunk lock assembly

I am hot rodding a steel bodied 1932 Ford 3 window coupe but I am having difficulty figuring out the lock and handle on the trunklid. I have purchased a new reproduction handle but just cannot put 2 and 2 together. Can anyone round up a picture of an original assembly and how it goes together. I have looked a the fiberglass cars but there is too much difference from the steel lid to make a connection.

Thanks and I appreciate all the help I can get to figure this out.
