    Can you see any of these stock bolt holes in your frame? You can use them as reference points after you confirm your front frame horns and rails are true. These are good points that if not filled in already give you good reference points to go off of. I used a similar drawing to put new front rails on my 1940 frame. I went off of body mount holes and pre existing holes shown on the diagram to set up the new to it frame rail pieces.
