Can you see any of these stock bolt holes in your frame? You can use them as reference points after you confirm your front frame horns and rails are true. These are good points that if not filled in already give you good reference points to go off of. I used a similar drawing to put new front rails on my 1940 frame. I went off of body mount holes and pre existing holes shown on the diagram to set up the new to it frame rail pieces.
The above drawing is about as good as it gets to set up stock rails. The first thing you need to do is verify the chassis itself is square. If the front crossmember is missing the place to start would start with the cowl mounting holes. Pull diagonals off those back to the rear body mounts and make sure the numbers are the same for both of them.
If your chassis is on wheels, you can center line your floor and draw square lines (triangulate using a 3'-4'-5' or 6'-8'-10' formula off the center line) front and back where cross members go, then align the frame to the lines using plumb bobs from your frame down to the lines.

If you just want a quick rough check to see if the front is square, you can triangulate with two equal lengths of string underneath and check spacing between the frame rails.
