So I'm working on a short story which features a '32 coupe. The story's set in 1933. Anyway, I was wondering about the coupe's top speed. I heard 82 mph. Is that correct? I also read it could go from 0 to 50 in ten and a half seconds. Is this solid information?
Right now I'm describing the sound of the engine as a "rumble and roar," but is that really accurate? Can anyone think of better description?
The story's not exclusively about the coupe, but I like the car a lot and want to provide any cool details I can manage to work in. Anybody know of something about it I should try to mention?
