    Duvall wind shield

I have Duvall wind shield that's bent and twisted with no glass and
The top frame is missing. Can someone help find the top part of the frame and the right way the bend it right or is it just a lost cause

First, Welcome to the club! What's the Duval going onto? What's the chance you could post a pic or two? You may have to wait 'til you get more than 10 posts.. it helps keep the spammers out..

I've got to imagine that finding just the top piece is gonna be harder than a diamond... plus depending where the bends are, I wonder if it'll straighten.

But, there's a couple guys here that do amazing things with metal so maybe ask them?

That's what I'm finding out on the top part of the frame. That is what also brought me here hoping this isn't the last resort

That sounds like a bad ride rolling a roadster. Good luck with finding your missing piece!

I'm just guessing, but I would imagine that your Duvall is a bronze casting made by Dave York (Past-Tech) in Vancouver B.C. under contract to Speedway Motors. Being a casting it may be difficult to straighten out, but there may be someone on here that could help you out.

Dave's castings are top notch, and you can buy the complete windshield from Speedway, but they ain't cheap. ($1700.00)

Because it is a casting, I think it will be pretty tough to straighten it but given the price, it is certainly worth a try if it is possible to obtain a replacement top piece. I would suggest giving Dave York a call and discuss this with him.
