The trip from here is an easy 350 miles.
My buddy, Jim Cobb from oklahoma drove 925 miles yesterday.
He got in last evening around 5:30.
My buddy, Charlie Edwards, from Lexington Kentucky left there last night @ 5 pm
should be here around 7 - 8 this evening (1700 + miles)
Weather for tomorrow for drivin across usually the hottest part of the desert is gonna be unreal, 80 to 90 degrees.
Hammer down interstate 10

So your friend driving the open roadster will get a wee bit sun and windburnt across the desert I think.. I will follow along on Goggle Earth and just dream I 'm crusin with you all..

What a neat trip..I too am a bit jealous..Have fun guys..After driving up to Vegas from Huntington Beach,and back down over the Hoover Dam about 19 years back,at least I know your interstate freeways are good for travelling at a reasonable speed,so I am correct in assuming they are good all the way across the country?? What a blast,,even more so in a roadster or coupe..

Look forward to meeting you you Saturday.
I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
