I have 205/60R15's in the front and 255/60R17's Dunlop SP Sport 5000 in the rear on Billet Specialties GTX01 wheels. It is a '31 A roadster (see the avatar) but for all intent and purpose, the fenders (not 'wings'

) are the same as a '32.
The front
TIRES are 24.7" diameter and the rears, 29.1 and fill in the wheel well very nicely.
As far as back spacing/offset - that depends on what fenders (if any) you are running. If none, then 3.5" is the norm - but, that depends on how close to the body/chassis you want the tires and of course, that depends on the differential and front suspension width, etc, etc, etc.
