Hello Everyone,
This is a very quick update on the American Graffiti Coupe Headers. After the long wait on the headers I am happy to say that they are now COMPLETE and FINISHED! Yes, Ed & Chris have been working their asses off making sure these are 100% to the original coupes headers. In fact the photos from my last Graffiti Header update are different then these photos. That's right kids, Ed & Chris saw some things that that just weren't quite happy with so they went back to the old drawing board to make these things 100% PERFECT! I don't think you will be able to go and look at any Graffiti Coupe photo out there and find ANY difference in these AWESOME HEADERS that Ed & Chris made. You all know how ANAL I am when it comes to this car and I can't find one thing different from the original!
OK, with all of that said these headers are ready for order. With that being said there is going to be a price increase do to the upgrades NAM had to do for the headers but don't worry is not that much. The original price on the headers was $1000 (plus shipping) and know the price is $1200 (plus shipping). Now here is some good news, if you are a member of the "Milner's Mafia" you get to take $100 off the $1200 price which makes your final cost $1100 (plus shipping) and for those of you who already sent in your $1000 for the headers, Ed & Chris are going to stand by that price for you guys.
Now here's the deal, IF YOU DO NOT SEND ED & CHRIS ANY MONEY FOR THESE HEADERS THEY ARE NOT GOING TO GET MADE FOR YOU! SO MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT ED & CHRIS WHEN MAKING YOUR ORDER, YOU CAN CONTACT THEM AT info@newage-motorsports.com OR PHONE THEM AT (203) 268-1999.
DO NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT THESE HEADERS! I REPEAT, DO NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT THESE HEADERS!!!!!!! I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MAKING OF THEM NOR THE SHIPPING OF THEM!!!! IF YOU WANT ANY INFO CONTAINING TO THE HEADERS YOU MUST CONTACT ED & CHRIS AS THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO GUYS MAKING THEM AS I AM NOT PART OF THIS PROCESS!!!!!
I would like to inform everyone that these headers will sit just like Milner's headers if you are running Big John's setup. If you have a different setup the headers MAY sit a little different on your car so you may want to talk to Ed & Chris about this. I PROMISE you that you will NOT find any nicer or more accurate headers than these ANYWHERE! MANY, MANY, MANY LONG HOURS have gone into building these and according to Ed & Chris they are a REAL BITCH so I really doubt that you will be seeing anyone else make these headers and if you do chances they won't be right and the the price is going to be MUCH HIGHER.
I Hope you ALL enjoy these headers and if you aren't even going to buy a set for your car you should at least call or email Ed & Chris and tell them what an AWESOME job they did on building these headers.
Ed & Chris are now waiting by their phone ready to except your orders!!!
Your Graffiti Brother
Rick

Those look great Rick! The guys at New Age are something else. They just sent me some update pics on my Coupe and I'm in awe. You won't find better quality and attention to detail anywhere else. IMHO.New Age Motorsports 32 5/W 521/C6

Hey Guys,
Just a quick update on the Graffiti Headers. My good friend Jim who is building Graffiti Coupe (he's not going for the 100% look) just sent me a photo of the headers installed on his coupe. Jim's coupe is a Davicki Body and Jim is building the coupe himself in his own garage. The Headers have been hot jet coated and are pretty damn near close to chrome. Jim said they look like polished out aluminum. Anyway here is your first look at the headers on a graffiti coupe!

Ceramic coating is the only way to go. Chrome headers will rust no matter how meticulous you are about keeping them clean. I know that from personal experience.

I was at New Age with Ed and Chris yesterday to pick up our Coupe, and he showed us that picture. Ed had to modify our #4 and #8 tubes on our Sanderson headers, so I'm probably going to send them and the rest of the exhaust when it's done to get Jet Hot coated like that! Great finish.New Age Motorsports 32 5/W 521/C6

Rick lives (or lived?) in the KC metro area, north Overland Park as I recall, and at one time he sent me his address but it was in the PM files that got purged long ago so I no longer have it. He's been AWOL here for almost two years....Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

racerx1699 1st off Rick is just fine. When he was building his 32 A/G coupe he had taken on a guys build from England, also he was in a hurry for the body and Rick offered up his, deal done, we'll need less to say body money nor working capital is slow to none. Now Rick wants his money for the body 1st before anything else so he can start working on his own. Mean while he's building "Supernatural" clone cars. ednamLast edited by ednam; 09-10-2014 at 09:46 AM.

Supernatural impala ..... that's just too cool!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.
Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
