    THANKS, Dave!!! I think I'll try to do something like picture #1 so I can retain the original locations of the firewall and radiator mounts. Now all I have to do is find someplace/someone here in San Diego who can fabricate custom length support rods and bend them to shape/fit the application once I have the manifold and carbs installed. I think there's a place in Escondido that may be able to do that)

    This site seems to have lost 2 of the photos the last two times I've opened it - here they are for posterity(or at least until I delete from Photobucket or my hard drive)
