Thanks for all the help, guys. I went to Lowe's and in the bolt drawer section they have those little plastic square or round spacers for license plates that fit 1/2" bolts. They don't call them license plate thingy's but they are the same thing.

Bougt me this off Ebay and I should be set! The plate frame is upside down in the photo....
