I remember this car well, from it's earliest roots when Tom Senter started building it as a magazine project car. It originally had a '27 roadster body on it, but Tom found it had no room for his height, so he went to a '29 body. Eventually, he put a '32 roadster body on it, and the car featured stuff like Kinmont disc brakes, and I think he was planning some Bonneville time with it.

Not sure if the car was sold before or after Tom's death, but it went through at least one other owner before Dennis and his wife (Debby?) bought it. It ended up with fat dirt track tires (I think) on something like Halibrand mags and was painted orange. Full hood, I think.

I have some pictures of it in some hot rod magazine stored away at my shop, I will try to find some pictures for you, but it might take a bit of time as I have some other stuff going on right now. BTW, I think Dennis may still own the original.
