Anyone else running the MT Sportsman SR's on their deuce?
The Michelin 145SR15's are a Coker item now. I have Hoosier Pro Streets in the rear. Not too crazy about the warranty- meaning NONE. I dislike having 2 different treads on front & rear & Hoosier's fronts are waaay to wide looking for my 4" wide rim (Halibrands).
I found the perfect tire w/ the size & look I was after.
Fronts are #6651 24" dia, 4.5" tread width. 5.8" section width on a 4" wide wheel.
Rears are #6643 30" dia, 10.6 tread width, 12.6 section on a 10" wide wheel.
They are directional & have a unique tread pattern. Best part- they all match!
Insurance is covering the fronts, I'm springing for the rears.
Anyone w/ experience w/ these tires? The combo on my car now is gawd-awful loud at freeway speed.
They look like this.
