A good bearing house should be able to find you a replacement set. You need to mike the bore, the outside of the race, and the depth and style of the bearing. Bearings kind of fall into definite groupings, and a sharp guy behind the counter should be able to fix you up. Same with the seals. SoCal did not have special bearings and seals made up for this setup, believe me. They used readily available items.
Being that you live in a place where there should be a bunch of these businesses, you should be able to score pretty easily. You need a bearing house though, not a place like Autozone.
You might try Wilwood too.
