    Some British sports cars used a nifty little switch that poked out under the dash, and used a cancelling setup that could be hidden up under the dash or even on the steering box. Try the Euro auto wreckers.
    The ones like your pics are sometimes found on highway trucks, but they don't always have the cancelling feature.

    I like this one ... I have used this particular one ... I had it in my 40 Ford coupe and have put them in other cars/trucks for friends. They are real popular to use in dune buggies ...
