I always do a rough cut first, then put a few reference marks for the radius on each end using a straight edge to connect the lines, bend the tunnel then trim the excess as I fit it to the floor and firewall. For me, it works better on the bending if I can see the basic dimension of the piece I'm bending....If that makes any sense. I guess it all depends on how you normally do it, either way should work fine...Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
