It already has a new core... It's the seam that is giving us trouble... It is weak in that area and tends to blow a hole easy... I now have a 7 lbs cap but I still blew a pin hole in it again (long story...I'll spare you the details)

We are gong to put a bunch more metal in the weak area to reinforce it...
